The Outlook Lifestyle Resort: 6 Months Site Rent Rebate Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply to The Outlook Lifestyle Resort Terms & Conditions (the T&Cs):

 

Bonus Offer means those promotions available to you as listed in clause 4.

 

Eligibility Criteria means the conditions that must be met before you will be entitled to receive the Bonus Offer, as identified in clause 3.

 

Sales Contract means the contract entered between you and Serenitas that details the terms of your purchase of a Selected Homes.

 

Serenitas means Trustee for Serenitas Development Trust (ABN 78 498 179 049).

 

Settlement means the date you pay the remaining purchase price for your home in the Site and become the legal owner of the home at the Site.

 

Site means a home purchased in The Outlook Lifestyle Resort on land leased from Serenitas located at 20 Alison Parade, Bayonet Head WA 6330.

 

Site Agreement means the agreement between you and Serenitas under the Residential Park (Long-stay Tenant) Act 2006 (WA) that details:

 

• the rental by you of a particular Site in a residential park;

 

• the placement of your relocatable home on that Site;

 

• the non-exclusive use of the park’s common areas and communal facilities by you; and

 

• any special provisions or conditions required or permitted by the Residential Park (Long-stay Tenant) Act 2006 (WA) to be in the Site Agreement.

 

Selected Homes means homes listed in the below table at The Outlook Lifestyle Resort.

1. Bonus Offer period

The Bonus Offer period during which you may be eligible for the Bonus Offer, commences 9am (AWST) on 20 July 2026 and concludes at 5pm (AWST) on 15 December 2026.

 

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Bonus Offer, you must satisfy all of the following Eligibility Criteria before the conclusion of the Bonus Offer period on Tuesday 15 September 2026:

• you must enter into an approved Site Agreement with Serenitas;

 

• you must enter into a Sales Contract with Serenitas (conditional or unconditional) by the Tuesday 15 September 2026 to purchase a Selected Homes;

 

• Settlement must be complete by 15 December 2026.

 

1. Bonus Offer

Subject to you satisfying the Eligibility Criteria, the Bonus Offer available to you includes:

A 100% rebate on site rent for 6 months for any home listed as a Selected Homes. For clarity, site rent is due and payable from the Settlement date for the home on the Site. 

 

1. Revocation of or change to Bonus Offer

• At any time prior to you becoming eligible for the Bonus Offer, Serenitas reserves the right to revoke or change the Bonus Offer, including the Bonus Offer period and the Eligibility Criteria at any time without notice.

 

1. Non-transferability

You agree that:

 

• the Bonus Offer (and each separate incentive that makes up the Bonus Offer) is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (either individually or collectively); and

 

• the Bonus Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Serenitas offer or incentive.

 

1. Value exclusive of offers, discounts or rebates

The value of the Bonus Offer does not take into account any other offers, discounts, or rebates.

 

The Outlook Lifestyle Resort is proudly owned and operated by Serenitas.

 

Pricing of Selected Homes is subject to change at any time without notice.
